Gallery set up for luncheon


The Ava Gardner Museum offers everything you need to make your next event the stuff of legends—or at least a star-studded event. Hundreds of organizations, companies and individuals have rented the building for parties, meetings and other special events. An awe-inspiring gem loaded with priceless Hollywood memorabilia will make your event an instant classic.

  

Spaces available for reservation include the Main Gallery, Theatre, and Library.

   

THEATER (MAX. Capacity 50)
The Museum’s Theatre has been used for luncheons, film screenings, and presentations.  

 

Available both during museum operating hours (Monday – Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sunday 2:00 - 5:00 PM) and during private rental hours (Monday - Sunday - 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Monday – Sunday 5:00 pm – 11:00 PM)

 

LIBRARY (MAX. Capacity 30)
The Museum’s Library is the perfect setting for a small business meeting or presentation. 

 

Available both during museum operating hours (Monday – Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sunday 2:00 - 5:00 PM) and during private rental hours (Monday - Sunday - 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Monday – Sunday 5:00 pm – 11:00 PM)

 

MAIN GALLERY/ENTIRE MUSEUM (MAX. Capacity 150)
The main gallery is often used for performances, banquets, fundraising events, and receptions, including weddings.  Consider the Ava Gardner Museum for your next special event. 

 

Available ONLY during private rental hours (Monday - Sunday - 7:00 am to 10:00 am and Monday-Sunday 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm).  NOT available during museum operating hours.
